From trip details to written confirmation
The order matters: share, review, coordinate, then confirm.

Prepare and send your request
The quote form prepares an editable message with the route, date, time, passengers, luggage, and any flight or charter details. The request starts only after you send that message through WhatsApp or email.

JPN Ride reviews the details
We review the route, timing, passenger count, luggage and special requests, then coordinate a suitable option with a local transport team.

Receive the quote and conditions
The reply explains the proposed transport option, quote and the trip-specific details that are ready for review. Ask about anything that is unclear before deciding.

Confirm in writing
A ride is booked only after details are confirmed in writing. Payment method and change or cancellation terms are also confirmed through written communication.

Trip-detail handoff
When needed to prepare or carry out the arrangement, relevant route, timing, group and luggage details are shared with the local transport team. Avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.
