How to request a change
Reply in the same WhatsApp or email conversation when possible. State what changed, the new requested date, time or route, and whether the passenger or luggage details are different.
Disruption communication
For flight disruption, severe weather or road changes, send the new information as soon as practical. Any revised arrangement, limitation or cost must be confirmed in writing.
